He is just having a hard time accepting that Dana is now his daddy. In order to call the shots he had to be undefeated. Now Dana can call the shots and pay him whatever he wants and basically punk him...
this destroys his boss mentality more than Nate did.

Conor can't live with this and has swam off... like this:

That's Conor's fault for marketing himself that way. When you market yourself as an invincible fighter and you lose..then what are you? You aren't invincible anymore, so you have to re-brand yourself. He hasn't figured out a way to market himself as believable.. so right now, he has no leverage. Mike Tyson was no longer Mike Tyson after he lost. Once everyone found out he wasn't invincible, he lost his luster. Conor is a smart guy, he will find a way to re-brand himself and come back.

If he comes back, he'll have to face a killer after a killer after a killer until he's a FW Overeem, if he doesnt, Nate retired the guy and no one will remember Connor in a few years.

Dana is gonna fed Connor to the top guys to prove UFC made him and UFC can destroy him

The foreshadowing of this image...

One spin, another one is that Conor wants to keep getting paid in proportion to the asses he puts in seats, while Dana thinks that because Conor lost he should be able to put a value on Conor, which is ridiculous!

lol He hasn't been undefeated since he lost to Duffy.

Edit: Nope, even further back, to some random dude I've never heard of named Artemij.

So yeah.

Please Dana, feed him to Lawler if he comes back. If he wants to fight at WW, then give him a WW.

I'm not sure why he didn't just continue to try keep a run going where he had the greatest potential, FW. Every fighter is going to eventually lose, but he would have had more potential to keep winning and have those paychecks keep getting larger until said time. I can't show him disrespect for stepping up to larger fighters. But if he truly planned to walk away early, I'm surprised he didn't try and monetize himself with the least amount of risk and a solid potential for upside.

I agree, he had a bright future at FW. If he got past Frankie I could see him running that weight class similar to how MM is doing at flyweight.

He really just got too much of a god complex and it backfired. Now he is in the position where it doesnt matter what he does he HAS to beat Nate in a rematch in order to get some of his mojo back.

LOL, Connor actually said he could be WW Champ before his fight with Nate, watching Connor fight Lawler would be so awesome I'd actually buy the event for that fight alone

This is exactly what he said about fighting Lawler :

"But if we fought, I would beat Robbie. I'm too fast for him. The size difference is not anything. I've stood beside him. I've seen him."

Come on Dana, make this fight and end this overrated hype train once and for all.

Hahahaha delusional, Lawler would overwhelm Connor in the first 20 seconds

Lawler's chin is iron. I would love to see the look on Conor's face when he landed his left hand and Lawler just smiled at him.
