GSP gave some great advice to Ronda when she lost to Holm and I think Conor should take note

"In this game, no one's invincible. Sometimes you zig when you should zag. I needed to beat a lot of my own demons, a lot of my fear and I came back stronger.

"The fact that I lost made me realize that I was a human being," St-Pierre said. "It was very hard to come back from a loss. I needed (the help of) a sports psychologist. Because what is very important to a fighter is the confidence and sometimes with a loss like this, you can lose your confidence.

"Actually I thought it was kind of weird but I felt better after. It taught me what it takes to become world champion and when I lost to Matt Serra, it taught me what it takes to stay world champion."

This is what makes a true champion. The guy who can get back up and continue moving forward.

Conor should listen to GSP and maybe even go train with him

thoughts?

Alternatively: never shoot for a takedown on a BJJ blackbelt when you're a one dimensional striker that just got wobbled

Judging by Conor's Instagram post he won't have a tough time bouncing back. He has the right attitude. He needs to keep his ego in check moving forward. I hope the Conor we see this summer is more humble but lazer focused. Less Mayweather more Ali.
