In the eyes of the UFC and Dana, most definitely.

And they can deny it all they want, but besides the difference in drawing power, Holloway is slowly rising from under the shadow McGregor casts over the UFC. He's a good win from making him irrelevant. First being the only one of the two to beat Jose Aldo in a rematch, now Holloway is gonna take on Khabib and he's not even a Lightweight? Holloway's coming for that top spot. This is McGregor's business, but Holloways is the one doing the work. I get wanting to maximize profit, but Holloway is looking more and more like the next UFC Key Player, not Conor.
