Reminds me of how stupid I was in like 5th grade when I thought that these McDojos actually taught you to fight. I saw a McDojo student get in a streetfight and go into kata at the start of the fight... it was HALARIOUS
 
Im not sure, he basically got into that stance where your legs are spread and you like step forward with the punch. Oh and yeah he got his ass kicked, bad too.

Iam blown away by this crap i never knew how bad it was until i started looking it up , i cant belive my cousin does this and thinks its great .

gotta love him shaking his arms at one point cuz the guy is rushing him , the worse thing i see in this stuff is every one keeps ther head up when they rush , this kindai stuff is crap .

you wanna take a class with me?? haha its in sackville , we can do soem sparring and throw the shit out of them haha they just do the curl up thing when you rush them .
