Reminder: This is the same McCain family that stood by while John McCain lied incessantly about his health when he was running for reelection. Instead of retiring and focusing on his health and family, he had to make one last grasp for power and be able to dictate who would follow him while he was MIA during almost the entire final term. Answer: Establishment election loser McSally. And then afterwards exaggerated his medical condition in order to avoid facing criticism and being held accountable for breaking his key campaign promise to support repealing Obamacare after he saved it. And while McCain was apparently on his deathbed, continued to lie about his now proven involvement in spreading the Steele dossier and the fake Russian collusion hoax.
It was absolutely impossible for John McCain to have been in that final stage of glioblastoma (for well over a year according to the timeline) at any point and to have been as lucid and cogent as his constant statements condemning Trump and his policies seemed to indicate. So either they exaggerated his condition to gain sympathy so he could avoid facing accountability for his actions and statements or they allowed others to issue these statements using his name with him on his deathbed and incapacitated. Which would be more despicable?
