That's not going to happen though, this isn't a fight, it's a business deal. They'll talk an enormous amount of shit about each other in the build up to the fight, then in the fight Floyd will take it easy on him and carry him to a boring decision and then they'll make a shitload of money and then hopefully every moron who bought the fight realises they just got scammed.

Yea boxing fans will still buy it but the general public that may have bought it before wont even know about it now because the media buzz is gonna be focused 100% on this for the next two months and after it leaves a sour taste in everyones mouth(like all Mayweather fights do) a lot of people arent gonna be willing to shell out another 70 bucks 3 weeks later for another "big" fight(even though we all know that Canelo-GGG will be the real deal)

I was thinking the same thing regarding promotion; it really doesn't seem like a lot of time.
