So this one is mostly for my students (and as a request for a new subscriber) but I thought I'd share it here as well.
Basically, it's taking notes of class, both mental (meditate and visualize) and physical, and watching videos of yourself with a critical eye. Also, making a list of goals with your coach and learning to emulate other fighters (which I'm sure most of you do already).
I'm curious, how many of you do this already, or have your students do it? Also, is there any other suggestions you'd have for people to maximize their training time?
