Cool, another circuit training routine with an mma gimmick, just what we needed!
I prefer George Bluth's "Caged Wisdom"
I'm with you.

K-1 Hughes hears everything
Sweet weeping Jesus. if Matt has to sell something, why not something useful like a prepackaged country breakfast.
Includes: 6 whole eggs, 2 fried potatoes, 4 strips of bacon, 2 biscuits with sausage gravy, 12 oz. whole raw milk, and an 8 oz. cup o' joe you can stand a spoon in. I'd buy that for a dollar.
Gotta' get that cream.
Yeah, my old kung-fu school is using the program.
Shortly after I left the Sifu started training BJJ via John Wills "Masterclass Graplling" DVD set, and seminars with JW, then got John Wills "Alpha MMA" program, now they run "Cage Fitness" classes as well - basically anything to make money. Sifu has never competed in MMA, only competed BJJ once (lost), but claims to have "pro fighters" anyway.......
To me at least this looks like another very similar DVD to other MMA fighters ideas on MMA fitness. Now I can judge because I haven't tried necessarily although, you can get the same results with a good program, sparring gym, and technique coaching.
Fuck, my head hurts from trying to decipher that.
You snooze, you lose man.
At the end of the day its just Tae Bo for MMA
Someone made up the exercise selection, then asked around various MMA stars to see who would endorse it
George Bluth, LMAO
(stares at camera) I have been doing cage fitness for only 3 weeks and already I have lost 5 lbs and got my first UFC fight.....thanks cage fitness!
was it a UFC throwdown in your backyard or at a bros' backyard, I personally like having my UFC fights in the basement
It's now in my country, and it's in the news: Train like a fighter with cage fitness.
Aside from my luta livre sessions, I also cross-train in cage fitness. Good 30-minute workout.
I smell a franchise opportunity brewing
