First of all, Agapova is only 24. She's still very young, and she still has lots of time to grow and put it all together. She's still a very real prospect in the division. She's still an absolute savage and dangerous as hell. She needs to work on her consistency, because right now she's either dominate or be dominated. I'm still very much excited for her future and I'm still a fan. In a few years or maybe less, I'm confident she'll be a serious force in the division.
That said, last night clearly belonged to Moroz.
Moroz just made the Women's FW division more interesting, not less. This girl comes off from a 2 year layoff and dominates the favorite from bell to bell and submits her in 2? Damn. Add Moroz to your watch list, if you haven't already. Last night was unfortunate for Agapova, but I'm more excited about the future of 125 than I was before.
Updated list of 125er's I'm seriously interested in:
Agapova
Fiorot
O'Neill
Blanchfield
KGB 2.0
Grasso 2.0
And now Maryna Moroz
