He won the title 3 months ago. He fought twice since Colby's last fight.

It's okay if Colby trolls by saying outrageous non-factual BS, but it's only to rile up idiots who take it God's word without even checking it.

My friend, Im in no way a Colby fan and I 100% agree with you that is non-factual BS is simply unbearable, but he's the #1 contender and should be fighting for the title. He was he IC and got stripped due to "inactivity" even though Connor took 2 years off (but thats another story). Tyron wasnt going to get a rematch bc of his awful performance, plus he's hurt anyway. That leaves Colby. After that you got RDA who is fighting Edwards, then Jorge who is fighting Askren. Im just going by the rankings man.

My point is Usman shouldnt be hand picking and choosing opponents, no fighter should. The UFC should make the Champion fight the #1 contender. It's like you telling your boss when your going to work and how what your going to work on. It doesnt work like that.

Oh sorry then I thought you were just spitting Colby's BS.

I agree with you on the fact that Colby is the "rightful" n°1 contender (even though that's a blurry notion when it comes to the UFC). And I also agree with you on Conor.
But Usman said he was injured (and not some light shit). He has if I remember correctly a hernia and a fractured foot. He only fought 3 months ago. At least give him the benefit of the doubt. He's the champion, won it in March of 2019, and fought 3 times in 2018. I think he has the right to sit out until November (which is the date he gave). Now, if he doesn't have a fight lined up for the end of the year, then we have a problem. But jumping on Usman like that is really premature and that's even if you believe that he's faking his injuries.
And Colby also screwed himself over by not taking the Usman fight twice I think and the Woodley fight.
 
Man Masvidal is a good matchup for Askren, but I wouldn't be surprised st all if both Colby and Ben lost.

The only thing that could make Usman any more irritating and insufferable is if he had dreads like Desmond Green - and then he would be visually insufferable to go with his mouth.

Yeah I gotcha. Aokis certainly not Robbie. But considering it was thought to be a sendoff fight in nonUFC Asia, not many bigger opponents to get. If anything, what's laughable is his mileage and size difference

Again, how do you know that Usman and not the writer is using the wrong word here? I'd imagine it was a transcribed verbal interview, had Usman said "sold" the writer should have written 'sic' in brackets. This is how adults write for a living. You may not know this, I wouldn't be surprised.
