The ufc just wants to own Hunt like everyone else so he can't go anywhere else if he chooses too.

The UFC won't book 8 fights for Hunt and they know it.

Hunt is a legit contender at this point and a superstar. He's only one good win away from a title shot imo. 8 fights makes sense imo.
