Manuwa vs. Rumble, why?

I dont think Manuwa fighting rumble is good matchmaking. The dude is pretty old, he is a possible draw for the UK and loves the KO.

Rumble demolishes him and that doesnt prove anything. Manuwa loses and any attempt to hype him up sours, considering they fed him to Gustaffson not long ago.

Wouldve given him a more winnable fight to build him up

No serious opponent for Rumble. DC, Gus, JJ are out of picture now. The rest is same.
Manuwa or somebody else, does not matter.

LOL when Rumble was matched up against his initial opponent everyone said the match didn't make sense and they would rather see him fight Manawa

Manuwa has been pretty lackluster so far but this fight makes more sense than Rumble vs Jan as that is literally a gimme fight which benefits NO ONE!

if Manuwa gets the win he gets thrown into the title picture instantly

Rumble is the clear favorite but I see them as very evenly matched, both explosive strikers who have KO power; rumbles CV is much better tho

I think it's a good fight actually. Either guy can win this by KO. I think Rumble would be the favorite to do so, but it isn't entirely impossible for him to get caught either.
