It looks like someone hit it with a Sawzall or something

A sawzall makes really fine cuts. Those are extremely jagged and relatively wide. Whatever did it basically punctured the metal and ripped through it. I'm sure there are hundreds of things that could accomplish that, but I've having trouble of thinking of what it could actually be. Maybe some sort of equipment or tractor implement. There's something that looks like a piece of equipment in the reflection near the rear pillar on the car and it is parked in a crummy looking dirt lot with lots of stones and things around, so something may be under construction there.
