Cancer, we have the ability to put some forms of cancer into remission, or to nullify their negative effects. I don't think we'll have a total cure for cancer in 20 years, as cancer is basically a generic name for thousands of conditions.

I believe a cure for cancer is too difficult, if not impossible. I believe rather than cure it, there will be a better chance of better medication that can turn terminal conditions into chronic, manageable conditions.

I think we'll cure Ringworm. I know there's creams but they take like 3-4 weeks to cure and you can't train until it's gone (unless you're a dick and want to spread it to your training partners). I think there's got to be a faster cure that will be discovered and then someone's going to get super rich.
