Has anyone tried this?
I'm thinking about making my own mats and don't want to spend a crap ton of money. Did some research on the materials Rener Gracie talks about and it'll come out to about 600-800 bucks for 225 square feet (15ftx15ft). The polyethylene foam seems legit (no mold and absorbs high impact) and the end product would probably be high end.
