Just a thought question, no sources.

I have read about these false rape cases before, or stories of con-men who swindle people and lie like crazy and it always strikes me as more ridiculous than malevolent, do you know what I mean? A person who does that is so ridiculous and most of the time I suspect it doesn’t work and they get caught.

I get the motive might be money or fame, but doesn’t being willing to lie and cheat like that mean a person has some kind of a mental illness? To completely screw someone’s life over, like to screw them out of their pension or get them thrown in jail for a crime they didn’t commit - I feel people who do that need some deep, serious psychiatric help. Are people like that “happy?” And what would that even mean for them?

Breakfast thoughts lmao

I know too many people in prominent positions, making important decisions, who have mental health issues, and people around them just go along like it's not a problem.

I am confident that mental illness is more common than reported.

If over 60% of Americans are overweight or obese, which doesn't even account for all the other physical ailments, why can't the same be for mental health issues when there isn't nearly as much awareness?

Nah just not much empathy or sociopathic.

This guy prolly wouldve continued to flourish as a near billionaire if not for the market crash in 2008 and people needing to get some of their gains from him to cover their losses in other stocks they had invested on their own or another firm.

I think in the case of false rape claims, of which there really are not many, especially compared to the number of rapes that occur, it’s usually a situation where a girl got too drunk, had sex with a guy, regretted it, made up the rape excuse so she could justify sleeping with the guy, then just got in too deep and never wanted to admit the sex was consensual. In other cases, they saw some money they wanted and knew of a possible way to get it.

We call those people sociopaths.

You could argue that those who don't lie/con others have mental problems. It's base nature to put your own survival first above all else.

Polite society makes it to where people don't have to fuck each other over to get ahead although they still do. Just look at anytime there is a natural disaster/some kind of societal breakdown. It's becomes dog eat dog real quick.

For sure. Sociopathic or even psychopathic tendencies are “beneficial” if all you care about is climbing to the top in the corporate world. A lot of CEOs are narcissistic sociopaths.

Just last night some dude tried to cut me in line at the gas station. Had to put him in his place. he thought I would let it go lol, wrong person to try that shit with.

point is. some peoples brains just dont work right. stupid people tend to be aggressively selfish and not give a single fuck about anyone else in the world. I'm not sure being stupid and selfish is a mental illness.

I mean what kind of person does that seriously? Walk into a gas station, see a small line, and try to blatantly walk straight to the front.

Being normal is basically just having your mental illnesses balanced with each other enough that they're not a problem.

I would say habitual liars generally have mental problems (especially if those lies often become part of their reality).

With how the american society (leftism) is going on. Seems pretty obvious to me.

I remember when some feminist recommended a step by step guide to consent that most of us found laughable. But it's situations like vengeance seekers, wouldn't you want to be crystal clear every step of the way? I mean even then she could just flat out lie, like GONE GIRL. I don't know if that's all necessarily mental illness but "crazy" is only the stuff you can't get people to agree with you on.

Not necessarily at least in this context

More like morally bankrupt or a sociopath

Thats why you dont stick your dick into crazy. Aka most women

The term gets thrown around too much imo

If a guy is an asshole who doesnt care about other people hes not "mentally ill" hes just a fuckin asshole who doesnt care about other people, lets not make this bigger than it is

People have different personalities
