Jones won't do it. If he wouldn't take Chael on short notice, he certainly isn't taking Rumble on short notice.

That would be amazing but won't happen.... he wouldn't take Chael Sonnen on short notice..... you think he is gonna take on a WHOLE OTHER ANIMAL in Rumble on short notice and possibly lose his title shot (if he lost) which against Rumble it only takes ONE PUNCH to be on the losing end... No way would Jones do it...

This is ridiculous and wanting Jones to fight all contenders with no titles on the line for him. talk about salt. who is next when he meets rumble then they will say come with Gus and when he beats Gus they will bring in Bader and just wasting his time

UFC needs to offer Jones more money if they want to book the Rumble fight, if(and that's a bit if) they even want to book that fight now.
Personally I think its a fucked idea myself.
It eliminates the loser from title contention in an already thin division.
I mean there is literally no one outside DC, Jones and Rumble keeping interest at 205 these days. Gus lost to all three already and doesn't seem interested in fighting at all for the moment.

That's what I'm saying. I think if they Made it for the interim title then Jones would be down for it. Either that or get the Gus rematch but they have to have Jones still fight. They can't afford to delay his return and people wanted to see it more for his return then the rematch anyways

His beaten pretty much every other top contender. You want him to beat the entire top 10 before he gets a crack? Theres no one more deserving then Rumble. His the number 3 guy no questions asked.
