Maybe TJ defending against Cruz or Assuncao.

Dillishaw vs Assuncao, plus I'm guessing we still see some fall out from the strong UFC 175 card. Might end up with Sonnen vs Vitor in the co-main.

If it's going to be headlined by a title fight then I think the Bantamweight title would be the only possibility.

I don't think that Hendricks will be ready to go in August, let alone if Lawler wins you can't ask him to fight in August after already fighting in March, May and July.

Could try to push Hendricks on there, but that would also be a pretty short turnaround for the winner of Lawler/Brown, so that seems doubtful. Good chance it ends up being the BW Title fight with some "big name" co-main event to try to make the card even hit the UFC basement for PPV buys.

If Hendricks is ready to go by September I wonder if they can push it back a week and go Hendricks vs Rory/T-Wood winner and just have Lawler/Brown fight the winner. I mean Robbie is going to need some time between if he wins any how, would be brutal for him if they did that fight quickly.

So ideally I think Hendricks coming back maybe September 6th but they have a show the 5th that may not work out.

If they are struck with the August 30th date, I think Assuncao is still hurt, so I doubt he is ready to go. But if he is, easy to just book TJ vs Raph 2.

I think the potential non-title fights they can throw on there is maybe Chael vs Belfort if the July 5th date doesn't work out. Depending on injuries maybe a Reem vs JDS fight, that would sell. Otherwise? Shit son I have no idea.

Let us hope Hendricks vs. T-Wood/Rory or Dillashaw vs. Assun

    Maybe both?

    Dillashaw vs. Assuancao II
    Johnson vs. Dodson II

Preceeded by Aldo vs. Mendes II
Followed by Jones vs. Gustaffson II

That's a lot of title rematches. Could be Hendricks vs. Lawler II next as well.

I really doubt the UFC will headline a PPV with flyweights again, at least for awhile. Dillashaw isn't known enough to headline a PPV either. I've narrowed it down to:

Hendricks vs. Rory (if Hendricks is healed soon)
    JDS vs. Overeem/Barnett
    Vitor vs. Jacare/Mousasi
    Cormier vs. Rashad/Rumble

Wish the UFC could just pull this card. Really dont see it being anything special considering how many shows they are doing.

    August 30th-UFC 177

    September 13th-UFC FN Brazil
    September 21st-UFC FN Japan

Highly unlikely Hendricks and Rashad will be back by then. Rumble is already booked. I doubt Vitor vs. Jacare will be a PPV main event. JDS vs. Overeem is also not looking good on the recovery timetable. There's a slim chance but wouldn't count on it.

The last thing the UFC should do is give the fighters advanced notice of when they are fighting as they will just injure themselves in training.

Main Event&Welterweight Title Fight :Johnny Hendricks vs Robbie Lawler 2
Co-Main&Bantamweight Title Fight : TJ Dillashaw vs Raphael Assuncao 2
Third match of the night: Dominick Cruz vs Michael Mcdonald
Second match of the night: Mark Munoz vs Francis Carmont
First match of the night: Kyoji Horiguchi vs Scott Jorgensen

This is my dream card. Maybe if they made this now, fight would be ruined via injuries so, this would turn out to be

Main Event & Welterweight Title Fight : Johnny Hendricks vs Robbie Lawler 2
Co-Main Event : Dominick Cruz vs Michael Mcdonald
Third match of the night: Mark Munoz vs Francis Carmont
Second match of the night: Scott Jorgensen vs Mike Easton
First match of the night : Alex Garcia vs Igor Araujo

Even then it would be fun to watch
