Maia vs Belal on UFC 263 in a couple of weeks, who do you guys favor? Maia is obviously the most technical man, but I don't know where he stands in regards to his physical attributes.

Stylistically perfect opponent for Maia but I'd favor Belal due to him not being a senior citizen.

That's what I'm thinking, unless Maia gets a round one sub, I'm thinking he loses by decision.

If Maia can get those different style takedowns he gets against the cage I could see Belal being in trouble. I don't think he can hang with Maia on the ground.

Isn't this Maia's last fight? I hope to see him retire on a win.

What a stupid fight. He should have chosen a better name to go out on. Someone with some real power in hands so we could see him get KTFO then retire.

Supposedly his last bout, but to be honest he's been postponing retirement for a while now, I'm thinking if he gets a good finish in the early rounds he'll extend his stay for a little while longer.

I like both guys, and I think Maia can win, by sub or by a ground schooling (like in the Gunnar Nelson fight)

His first round against Colby showed he isn't that bad at striking (not good either though).

I’m pulling for Maia here but he’s just too damn old. Belal will more than likely win this.

Maia fan here. I hope he puts on one more grappling clinic, like he did on Ben, Nelson, etc. That being said, he's one foot out the door, so him getting TKO'd wouldn't surprise me either.

No. It's not even that Maia's striking is good, but you may be misremembering just how embarrassingly bad Punk was.

Maia doesn’t have the gas tank for the last several years. I hope
Maia gets him down and subs him.
