ok im using the speadsheet from mad cow
with front squats, bench, dynamic rows, over head press, and deadlifts

i have a question

can someone explain to me in more detail (or more simply)
about the "set interval" and "tonnage cutoff"

i havnt fucked with the set numbers on there 12.5 and 60 %


can you manipulate these to reduce or increase intensity?
for exmaple if you wanted to relax far a week could you
change the ratios, or increase cardio some thing like that ?
 
do a search on this thread for the 5x5 manual as it explains this routine in a very detailed manner

It's just the % change per set.
The tonnage cutoff is so you don't count the "warm-up" sets in your calculation of weight lifted that day. Just doesn't add in values at 60% of your 5RM for that day
