If you're born there you can't strip citizenship, it doesn't matter if you're brown and you've just been given citizenship or you're a descendant of Charlemagne. Likewise, it doesn't matter if you're white, black, brown, purple; if you can't honestly take the oath that the constitution is the supreme law of the land then you shouldn't be there.
