Hey I figured we got ourselves some photographers here. I have a pretty decent Nikon DSLR and am a big fan of macro photography. Was wondering if anyone can recommend me a good mid range Macro lens to use? Here is an example of my use of macro with just the cameras built in function. If I had a macro lens I could get an even better shot. So please help is much appreciated folks.
Been looking at some glass recently, but the one I was looking at (canon EF 100mm f/2.8) is almost as much as my camera was, so I just don't have the money now, and I'd rather save up and get good glass than buy something less than good now and then spend even more later.
