Mackens semerzier?

does anybody really know whatever happened to this guy? I remember him being a pretty hot prospect at one point and even had the pretty big win over fabiano in wec got cut from ufc picked up a couple wins on the local scenes and then nothing, curious why he wouldnt sign with bellator or one or get a second chance with the ufc?

Still competes in grappling tournaments, and runs his own bjj gym in Virginia. I would be stunned if he came back at 35 y/o, and not having fought for 4 years. Talented fighter, but he definitely got thrown to the wolves too early in his career.

Oh i understand him not coming back now but i was just curious why he never got another real shot at becoming a star i always thought he had the real potential to if not be a ufc champ someday bellator maybe

This. His fight with cub was awesome. His fights were usually exciting. And I might be wrong but didn't he lose once in the ufc bc a headbutt blatantly rocked him and then he got punch KOed?

The headbutt was turned into a NC, he did have one legit loss to Daniel Pineda, got caught in Triangle.

Going toe to toe with Swanson in a back n forth war is worthy of some hype, or at least some respect.

Was thinking about him the other week. Ken Stone, Ed Ratcliff and Ivan Menjivar were a few other WEC vets who kinda disappeared in their early 30's.

I guess a lot of guys chose to hang it up after getting cut by the UFC and dont want to have to fight for peanuts outside the organization.

What ever happens to lc Davis?

Went to affliction, won his debut and then they folded. Went Indy for awhile and then dropped to BW and he's now in Bellator.

Kind of a shame that when a lot these guys got cut Bellator was still doing tournaments... could have added a lot of depth to their lower weight classes.

Also what happened to Mike Easton?
