    He has officially dumped his previous strength and conditioning coach and made the switch to dos Anjos' guy (Nick Curson).

    Great news for Machida fans for sure, Curson is a smart guy and I definitely suggest checking out the episode of Joe Rogan's podcast that he was on. Curson really helped RDA to turn his career around and he could do the same for Machida.

    From the vid of Lyoto doing the throw off machine, you can tell his upper ploys needs a lot of work. Hopefully, Curson can improve his strength, quickness, and speed even more.

    Great news, if Curson can do with him what he did with RDA he is gonna improve tremendously as Machida has that speedy style that will benefit the most from Marinovich like training..

    I can't even imagine how someone like Fedor who is naturally hyper fast and explosive would have benefited from such kind of S&C..
