IIRC it was the idea, but Nemkov informed M-1 back in September that he can't fight at this event because of health issues. I mean, when they officialy announced this event they said that plan was to make Puetz-Nemkov, but Nemkov can't fight so it's gonna be someone else.

So no one agreed to fight Puetz on a (almost) one month and a half notice & he is gonna fight at M-1 next event in November.
