    Pretty good video. Being massively off balance is one of the biggest things I notice about MMA striking. It's pretty common to see people punching with their back leg completely off the ground.

    That was a pretty awesome front kick. I love Lyoto's style. I just wish he would roll under punches after some of his counters. Sometimes he'll counter before the punch then eat the punch he's countering.
