Especially Gillespie, Burns and Taisumov are the real deal imo. Teymur and Makhachev are interesting as well.

Most guys in the top 15-20 can beat eachother on any given night. This is why defending titles and staying champ is so tough. Everybody gunning for you.

It's the division the UFC should pay a lot more attention to in keeping active and moving, and should not be used to non fighting figure heads to try and hype one man. Hopefully Khabib will do his job in keeping the division moving.

Totally forgot about him. Had/have high hopes for him. Unfortunately he's coming of a loss and is injured until the end of the year. Will be interesting to see if he can overcome those struggles.

I doubt it he likes to take time off for personal reasons...... but I dont see a dominant champ in that division too many skilled fighters but very few good grapplers so Khabib Could dominate for alittle

UFC should be promoting the shit out of 145, 155 and 170. by far the deepest weight classes. and for all we like to joke they are not tiny men. they range from average to above average size at 170.

these weight classes are the future of the UFC. even if they add a division between 155 and 170 they will still be deep divisions.

it is also a size range where there is not much competition from other pro sports meaning better athletes.

you can add 135 as well but they start to seem small to the average person.

Best MMA division. The rest ranges from good (WW) to okay (FW, BW) to "who gives a shit" (HW, LHW, FLW).

170 seems to be under the radar.

185 is very top heavy but getting better !
