England wishes so hard now that it held Ireland. Imagine how better their economy would be if Conor was a part of England?

There are two or three big names in England. One of them likes to punch people after the fights finished. One of them has a serious medical condition. The other one is michael Bisping..

    Go figure.

There are no big mma names in England. They have exactly zero elite fighters.

    Why wouldn't he be humble?
He has nothing to be arrogant about.

yah, England is now financially in trouble because they have no UFC stars. That's it.

"Yeah man I'm in San Diego living the life, this is the place to be. The fighters I'm fighting, they have no challenge for me"

He has lost his last two and is one loss away from the dole queue. :icon_lol:

Yurp and I'm English! Around 2007 ish it looked like we were gonna storm the UFC. We had Bisping then we won the US vs UK TUF, but boy have we done fuck all of late. Think it's gonna be a long time before an Englishman wears UFC gold.

That's cause Bisping was huge for England but became a gatekeeper. England would gain interest in the sport again if a new talent sprung up. That's the whole point the UFC went global. They can host events in the countries that have the best talent and don't have to rely on one market.

Ow they will keep him around, look at Ogle, and Barnatt even fits in a suit so he's a keeper. They'll feed him some cans.
