out guys I have this nagging lower back pain

I Dont think its ahernia because unless I roll or lift weight I dont really feel it

AND It doesnt really bother me unless I crouch down to do rows or sumthing

its really taking away my power/streghnt(slams and such)

any advice?

ya I know I should go to the docter, but no $$ or time..

Mate get yourself to a Chiropractor or sports physiotherapist!

Forget going to a doctor most will tell you to rest and take some pain killers! You need to MAKE TIME and put the money aside so that you can go to a professional. Back injuries should not be taken lightly! Get it fixed asap!

i had a lower back problem a few months ago, went to the chiro, didnt do much. rest helped but also gettin back to lifting, ie deadlifts. i did a 3 day a week, 6 week linear program which slowly got my back used to training again, and gradually conditioned it over the 6 weeks. stretching is also important and nice after lifting.

Good advice. General practitionioners don't really have a clue when it comes to this sort of thing. GO see a good physiotherapist and nip this in the bud before it gets worse. I was an idiot when I badly injured my back years ago, as a result I often "tweak" it and it fucking hurts for days. Really frustrating especially when your going good in the gym making progress.

Another thing that I am looking into is a joint mobility program that I can use for a warm-up. It will usually involve some light calisthenics, dynamic/static stretching etc.

Eric Cressey and Mike Robertson put one out that looks pretty good.
