Im extremely tight in these areas and very inflexible. anyone got like a set routine to stick to everyday?

You dont need to stretch every day but do always stretch after physical activity do this regularly and you'll improve
Miaou teaches us that this sort of movement stretches the facia around the hamstrings, not the muscle. For hamstring stretching, you want to perform a very strict GM- type motion. All praise to Miaou!
