Lower Back/Hamstring Stretching Program?

Im extremely tight in these areas and very inflexible. anyone got like a set routine to stick to everyday?
 
Foam rolling, baseballs...these will help a lot.

I like the ballerina stretch for my hamstrings:

Squat stretch, child's pose, standing PNF hamstring stretch, use the Precor stretch machine, etc.

You dont need to stretch every day but do always stretch after physical activity do this regularly and you'll improve
