Low number on scale = high number of tattoos?

Does it seem like the lower the weightclass the more tattoos a fighter is likely to have?

I'm not against tattoos, but I don't understand why people get entire sections of their bodies covered, to the point where you can't even tell what any of it is supposed to be. It winds up looking like you've got some kind of skin disease.

Someone should do a real study on this looking at the top 15 in each weight division and see who has the most and least fighters with tattoos. Get to work TS.
