hey... is there a low/no carb diet sticky in this section? I fight Muay Thai and BJJ and train like 7 times a week... and I eat pretty well. my body is pretty decently built, but it seems my body fat is still high. I'm about 6'6" 230lbs about a 36" waist. I want to do the low/no carb dieting thing, and see if this will help me lower my body fat, make my abs poke out, and get major cut.
