For their part, UFC/WME could really do a better job promoting their fighters, instead of putting the burden of promotion on the fighters themselves (most of whom try to imitate Conor or Chael and end up failing).

No doubt. It's like they have no idea how to create/sell a fighter's persona unless it falls into their lap as with Francis, Conor or Ronda. And to add to the mindblow, WME is a multi-billion $ ENTERTAINMENT company who should really know better. It's like they haven't really realized the potential they are sitting on...
