Lose 3kg of water weight

    Hey I haven't competed before, anyone with experience who could help me out?


    will need to lose 3kg (6.6 pounds) in a couple days.
    I have already been dieting for a while so I don't have those easy 3kg+ where you just cut out carbs and instantly drop the weight.

    How much time will I have to spend in the sauna?

    Masturbate. When you masturbate multiple times in a day it signals your body to release excess energy and drops dopamine levels.This signals your body to release epinephrine which makes you sweat profusely when you exercise within a 2 hr window. About 3 days out I masterbate 5 times a day then drop it by once the day of weighins. I also rub Albolene on myself,wear multiple pairs of sweats, then turn my heater up when I sleep. You will then lose weight while you sleep. For me 6lbs aint shit. Just jackoff,dress warm, and exercise. Once you have a sweat going, just keep exercising then jack off right after you finish.

    I would just change my weight class to the next one up. I dislike water cutting didn't even do it for an amateur fight.
