this is my first post and sherdog as ive only just started getting into the mma scene,
anyway im 31, 5.7 and about 83 kg, im going to thailand this month for 5 weeks training in a camp there, looking to loose weight, see thailand etc,
anyway, on an other forum i saw this guy saying that he lost 15, yes 15 kg in 6 weeks, and im looking to loose as much weight as possible,
but is it all a good thing loosing this much weight in such a short space of time, is there a down side?
any thoughts welcome
