So here's the deal, I am looking to set up a pre camp camp type of thing to do 4 or 5 days a week for maybe an hour or so depending on when I can fit it in with kickboxing, I'm looking to start a full on every day training camp in about 6 weeks where I will obviously be sparring a lot and what not but I want to make sure that coming up to the camp I'm as strong and fit as I can be, obviously the more work I do the better the outcome, anyway I'm looking for help dividing this as to what to do on what days ext, I've done bodybuilding type weights for about 9 months then about 3 months of strength stuff atleast 3-4 days a week and barely did Cardio except kickboxing. What's my best way to do about this only 3 days of weights and the other days cardio, I really have no clue where to start, if you were to do a camp just for s&c what would it include to be specific to kickboxing

Id start running a lot and doing more rounds of sparring and pad work.

Pre camp is the perfect time to ramp up gains on explosive lifting.

Look into olympic lifting, but I would start with power cleans, jumping squats, etc.

I also found O.H. Squats to be helpful for martial arts.

What is the difference between a pre camp camp and just exercising?
