Looking for a nice quality backpack. Needs to be big enough to hold a bunch of stuff like Umbrella gloves hat bottles wallet maybe a laptop etc

Any suggestions?

jansport was always solid...is that still a quality brand?

I get the tiny umbreallas that fold up right small

I like Jack Wolfskin and Deuter. Both have good day packs (20-30L capacity). I think in the States you can get similar quality from Osprey, North Face, Patagonia, or REI. It really comes down to what size you want/what you plan to use it for.

If you want a backpack to carry an umbrella I suspect the following would be a good fit;

I was looking at this one but how good is swissgear?

Amazon product ASIN B0731Z391J

My swiss gear pack was very durable but they are heavy, clunky and not the most comfortable.

You're just looking for a kicking around town kind of pack?

I'm a huge fan of Osprey, although I've only used their hiking packs not their urban stuff.

I vote for that 2nd one. TS that'll do a good job of holding your umbrella, moisturizer, Perrier, lip gloss and scarves.

I’m a big fan of osprey and mission workshop. I’m sort of a backpack fiend

I rock the Tumi Alpha 2 backpack:

Made of military grade tactical nylon. Very heavy duty and tons of storage. Somewhat expensive though at $500.

Oakley Icon Backpack is my favorite.
