Rogue Competition Pro Shinguards

These are the ones I was going to buy untill I did the math and with shipping they'll come out to $179 canadian. I am looking for shinguards without velco straps, looking for ones you slip on your feet. Does anyone know where I pick up a pair in the US or Canada?
