Looking for good quality heavy bag, heavy bag gloves, and grappling mat

    I'm currently on the hunt for a nice and affordable heavy bag along with a pair of heavy bag gloves.

    I'm also looking for a 160 sq. ft. or + grappling mat

    Any suggestions?

    zebra mats are very good for grappling but also can be used for striking... highly recommended
