My name is Rich Mejias and I am the Strength and Conditioning Coach/owner of Leverage Training Center in Wyckoff, NJ. I am looking for an experienced BJJ competitor, in New Jersey, who is currently competing and is looking to take there training to the next level.
I am willing to fully design and execute the entire strength and conditioning program for your next competition for FREE and in return all you have to do is train your ass off.
