Mostly bag work, little pads.... maybe against some brawlers in sparing lol
actually my gym have wierd 10oz gloves policy. Seriously, there are dudes 40-50 lbs heavier than me, all wear 10oz gloves. One guy even has 8oz gloves. We have no headgear, just mouthguard. I have very good footwork.

You also forgot to mention you train in a little forest outside the city.
