Hey there...I'm from Fairfax Virginia and am looking for a Boxing Gym.

I also enjoy movies and make a wicked egg sandwich.

    Any info is appreciated.

    Thanks for the info guys.

bazookahead: I think one of the guy at my BJJ gym went to Mooney's place and had nothing but good things to say about them, but it's a little too far for me. They were located at another location in MD before, weren't they?

Anybody aware of anyplace to train boxing in the Stafford, Aquia, Fredericksburg, etc areas?

    If anybody else is searching:
I know a guy who's boxing out of a karate gym in Fairfax, says it's quality training.
Roanoke/Salem has a solid boxing facility with ring and trainers. I don't know why it's unlisted, must be for a reason. PM me for directions.

i'm also in fairfax VA- i train at lloyd irvins in maryland, and they have a boxing curriculum.

they do have a closer school - in alexandria (i MIGHT switch over there) NOVAMMA

    http://novamma.com/

i would reccomend muay thai over boxing though...unless you're trying to get in the sport of boxing

also, if anybody knows of a pure MMA place (LI BJJ, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, all of it, but the focus isn't on MMA as much unless you're on the combat athelete program, which i can't afford) in the area, i'd greatly appreciate it.

could i also get a pm? thanks
