Do you even watch the fights, or only look at the numbers afterwards? Dom winning that fight would be a farce. Naked numbers do not tell the whole story.
You, at best, could argue a draw, but most had it 1,3,4 Cody, 3 being 10-8.

Shame Cody didn't win the rematch. That would have been more interesting for the division all around.
