There´s something unique about it and I´m sure you can feel it too... besides the feeling of awesomeness, there´s also the feeling that we´ll never get to see this high level of champs together in the same era again.

Each and every single one of these guys has sth truly special about them:
5 GOATs who need no introduction.
Cain = one of the best HW to step in the UFC.
Edgar = the only man that proved (all the way from the start of his ufc career) that you can be champion with your natural weight fighting bigger guys and dethrone a legend in the process.

It takes a looong time to see these kind of champions to even be born. Let alone fight in the same era. And we had this privilege. Truly dominant fighters in every aspect of the game. Just look how many times have the MW and WW belts changed hands after GSP and Silva? Crazy.

I think these guys didn´t/don´t get all the credits they deserve. And now maybe it´s too late for that.

And no matter how many good fighters and champions come after this, IMO this picture represents the era of the best, most talented, amazing and dominant champs we´ll ever see together.

I think Cruz is one lower-body injury away from being done, and I think two years is a really long time for a fighter to go without getting dinged up.

 

I disagree about Cain being one of the best HW's he hasn't been active enough and seems to be always hurt. He's good, but I just don't get that vibe about him.
