And you say the sizing is smaller so if I go US9 on most Nike trainers then i should get these in US10/UK9 ?

No,I don't but a lot of the Lonsdale stuff is rubbish now... it's not like 10 or 15 years ago when it was a quality brand.

Maybe US 9.5 would work out best for you. I'm UK10 and have found I can fit into UK10 Adidas boots just they are extremely tight at the beginning and most people seem to recommend going half a size up with Adidas. To be safe US 9.5 is a good call imo
