Currently who has been in the UFC for the longest uninterrupted time?

For uninterrupted, it has to be Mir. Debuted at UFC 34, every fight has been UFC since. I can't imagine who else it could be

For longest tenured overall in UFC including other promotions, the answer is Belfort who first fought in the UFC at UFC 12 before going back and forth between Pride, Strikeforce, Affliction, etc.

Wow totally forgot about Mir, that's really impressive and never talked about.

If Matt Serra is still under contract, he's the only one that comes to mind who has been around longer (debuted at UFC 31) without fighting outside of the UFC. Technically he hasn't retired yet, though I'd be shocked to see him fight again at this point.

Yeah he is still under contract, though he might be semi retired

AFAIK he is still under contract and "semi-retired." Not sure if this really counts since he hasn't fought since UFC 119

Yeah, I wouldn't really count him at this point. Mir deserves that credit. Other than during the recovery period after his crash, he has been active and competing at the top of the division for a long time.
