So I am about a week and a half in to the Bill Starr 5x5 and read that I should be keeping a log so I will start with todays workout. This is my first time doing regular lifting so we will see how it goes:

Stats:
Age 23
Height 5'9"
Weight 162


Deadlift:

Warm up 2x3: 135
1x3: 185
Lift 5x5: 235

Squat:

Warm up 2x3: 135
Lift 5x5: 185

Military Press:
Lift 5x5: 95

Pull up:
Lift 5x5: bodyweight
