Some degree of diversity and origin of the diversity can be a boon to nations but a very large population of people harboring a very hostile and intolerant ideology can severly damage democrasy and freedoms.

So to the phrase "Diversity is Strength" , I would say : it depends....

The quality/synergy of each component population is far more important than the outdated purity-vs-diversity paradigm, but the latter is far easier for campaigns to sell.

Interestingly human 'diversity' is the exact opposite of every other type of biodiversity. Deliberately planting an abundant, invasive continental plant species on every tiny endemic island in the world would be considered an act of criminal insanity.

I'm talking about racial diversity which is brought about via mass immigration which we see today in certain Western countries. That's not positive for a country. Due to the amount allowed in, they never have to integrate. It inevitably causes a lot of problems.

Diversity of races can never be achieved. There will always be a majority. You would have to monitor the numbers of every race and then force the one race that is having too many babies to stop. You would have to warp the minds of citizens to make them go along with it. You would have to force the races not to group up.
