This fight would have the edge that everyone wants to see. Lombards upside is obvious. If he wins, then he should be thought of as title shot worthy over night.

Vitors upside is also obvious, he gets a shot a smashing a guy who is basically unbroken in the memory of anyone who cares.

I think they will give the shot to Lombard if he beats Okami. By taking Bisping out of the title picture they need Lombard to step up, beat Okami and call out Andy.

Yep. A fight that makes sense for sure. No reason it can't happen if Lombard takes care of business against Okami like I expect him to.

I don't really see where Okami has an exploitable advantage against Lombard. Maybe if he can pump jabs at him for 15 minutes and avoid Lombard's power. I don't see it though.
