Nope.

Conor walked in and made the whole situation about himslef with his loud mouthed garbage offering everyone a drink.

Old man who was not at the bar to see and hear the Conor show rudely refused he drink. Conor offered again but this time squared off with the man. The offer now had a threatening tone. Old man pushed the drink away. Conor lost his mind and hit him.

The assault was 100% Conor's fault start to finish.
